<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Provide system and server administration services to an operation consisting of approximately 200 users: duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software</li>
<li>Interact with users and evaluate vendor products. Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery</li>
<li>Support the identification and resolution of automation and information technology hardware and software issues and problems for approximately 150 desktops and laptops.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>This includes but is not limited to the following: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Domain controllers with Active Directory</li>
<li>IIS servers</li>
<li>Configure and deployment of Microsoft Exchange server</li>
<li>Experience with IP PBX such as Asterisk, Freeswitch etc will be a huge plus</li>
<li>MS Server Operating System (must demonstrate proficient using the latest two versions)</li>
<li>Experience with creating software images</li>
<li>Data backup of severs</li>
<li>Documentation related to security and system configuration</li>
<li>Continuity of operations</li>
<li>Disaster recovery plans</li>
<li>Hardware Installation</li>

This is in spite of the fact that it is telemarketing is one of the most effective tools with higher conversion rates (about 27%). The problem – <strong>Telemarketing is Expensive!</strong> 62% of B2B marketers complained that lack of resources, staffing and budgets is top barrier to marketing success.</p>
<h3>Why is telemarketing expensive?</h3>
<p><strong>Accuracy &amp; Quality of Data:</strong></p>
<p>According to a recent study by Brian Carroll and Nicolette Dease, it can take up to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">240 dials to a sales ready lead</span> using web generated leads because of low accuracy and lack of lead qualification. Only 9% of Telesales reported that they were supported by accurate data. The situation is worse in cases where marketers pass leads directly to Sales, which is detrimental to Sales success and lead to lower conversions because of the following reasons–</p>
<p>(a) too early in decision-making cycle to talk with Sales,</p>
<p>(b) not a decision maker or influencer – just gathering data or</p>
<p>(c) not sufficient budget</p>
<p><strong>The Elusive prospect:</strong></p>
<p>According to our research, on an average 84% of B2B telemarketing calls reach the voice mail. Only about 8% of the calls actually directly reach the prospect (assuming a highly accurate prospect database). If voice mails aren’t enough the inside sales representative constantly faces hurdles such as IVRs, Phone Trees and Executive Assistants. On a regular day, if the inside sales rep made 100 calls, he/she would get in touch with only 8 prospects, i.e. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">only one conversation every hour.</span></p>

Well, of course we are. For the first time, Visual Disobedience will make its presence felt in another city, and what better place to start with the Capital. <p>Visual Disobedience was born over beers and banter about Mumbai’s shanty-chic aesthetic. Within our network of friends, there were visual artists creating works with an edgy, contemporary funk. It was simply a question of six degrees of separation before we rounded up like-minded souls to come together as a community. This collective’s sex appeal is all about saying ‘Fuck-You’ in their inimitable, quirky style. So why not combine forces and change the way we perceive art and make it more accessible?</p>
<h3><strong>The Community</strong></h3>
<p>Visual Disobedience is about creating the Bohemian space where daring, inspired ideas find a home. From graffiti artists to photographers, short filmmakers to animation artists, the idea is for the artists to find a cosy, roosting spot for cutting-edge collaborations, an inspired exchange of ideas, a portfolio for discerning clients with money <em>and</em> taste (yes, though rare, they’re not mythical) and more than a passing flirtation with coolth.</p>
